Irrigation And Flood Control Department has published Repairs to 100 KVA electric sub-station and allied electro-mechanical works at LIS Burejal.-- 1 Repairs to 100 KVA electric sub-station and allied electro-mechanical works at LIS Burejal. 2 Repairs to 100KVA electric transformer installed at lift irrigation station Burejal by way isolating of transformer from 11 KV HT supply, removing of HT cables and LT cables from the transformer. Lifting of transformer from installed position using crane and carriage of transformer using vehicle from the lift irrigation station to roadside. Then Shifting of transformer to workshop for repairs .Complete dismantling the transformer after removing the top cover of transformer and extracting out the damaged LV and HV coils from the oil tank. Complete rewinding of HV coils and reconditioning of LV coils using superior quality insulating material. Providing and fitting of 4 no’s LV bushes, 3 no’s HV bushes, LV bush rod 4 no’s, HV bush rod 3 no’s, gasket set and nuts and bolts. Repairs to the core of transformer by replacing the flashed core material. Heating of assembled coils in oven for proper hot air process and to get required meager value. Repair to oil tank by welding to make the oil tank leak proof and air tight. Lowering the assembled coils in oil tank. Filtering of existing transformer oil and topping up with 120 liters of fresh transformer oil. Back shifting of the transformer to LIS after complete repairs in the manner it was shifted to workshop. Complete job includes cost of material, crane charges, carriage charges,labour charges, cost of oil, and welding charges.Repair to 300 mm diameter foot valve of pumping unit no II by way of dismantling parts. Cleaning of all internal parts to remove silt and rust.Fabrication of foot valve plate as per size, new leather washer, hinge pin, new nuts & bolts. The job includes fitting it with foot valve at the end of suction pipe. Extension of suction pipeline 300 mm of unit no 2 by almost half a meter by way of disconnecting the foot valve from the end of the suction pipeline and then fitting of the newly prepared half a meter MS pipe with the suction pipeline with the help of nuts and bolts , at its end and later fitting the footvalve with the suction pipeline .The job includes cost of material which is pipeline, flanges and nuts bolts,welding charges and labour charges. Extension of suction pipeline 1.5’ of priming pumpby almost 5 ftby way of disconnecting the foot valve from the end of the suction pipeline and then fitting of the new 5ft MS pipe 1.5’ with the suction pipeline at its end and later fitting the footvalve with the suction pipeline .The job includes cost of material which is pipeline,welding charges and labour charges.Complete JobNote:-The Tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions.The firm should offer rebate on old material. 3 Rebate on Old Parts .
