Indian Army has published Tender For Officer Living Shelter With Temperature Control Wss (S&C); Supply and Construction of Officers Living Shelter with temperature control WSS of size 11.40m x 9.30m by using PIR technology sandwich internal and external panels as per drgs attached to include the following,2 x Living rooms of sizes 3.14 X 4.21Mtr (Internal), 2 x Bed rooms of sizes 3.14 X 4.91 Mtr (Internal),2 x Pantry of sizes 2.41 X 1.91 Mtr (Internal), 2 toilets cum bathrooms of sizes 2.41 x 2.96 Mtr (Internal), 2 Changing room of Size 2.41 x 4.19 Mtr (Internal), Hard Standing (02 Nos: 2.00mx1.50m): 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) over 100mm thick hardcore (using 63mm to 100mm graded stone aggregate) over truly rammed earth should beconstructed at outer side of shelter for placing of 02 x PUF Tank of 1000 ltrs along with 02 Nos 0.5 HP motor. Motor covered with 0.50mm PPGI profile Sheet (RAL-1001) with angle iron frame 40x40x6 mm. All to be complete as per Technical specifications & drawings attched at tender documenT.
