National Institute Of Technology has published Tender For Repair, Painting And Distempering Of Admin Block Nit Hamirpur.(Hp); 1 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts, height and cost of all other incidentals. 2 Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand, Dulux(Promise Inetrior), Asian Tractor Interior Emulsion , Nerolac Beauty Inerior Emulsion, British Master Blaster Inerior Emulsion, Shalimar Silk No.1 Interior Emulsion and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts, height and cost of all other incidentals. 3 Two Coats 4 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paintDulux Wheathershield, Asian Apex ultima, Nerolac Excel Suraksha, of required shadeof approved make of including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts, height and cost of all other incidentals. 5 Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm). 6 Providing and applying white cement based(JK Wall) putty of average thickness1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete .including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts, height and cost of all other incidentals 7 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger make of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work (wood or steel) including entire carriage of materials with in all leadslifts, height and cost of all other incidentals. 8 One or more coats on old work 9 Painting (one or more coats) on rain water, soil waste and vent pipes and fittings with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger makeand required colour on old work including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts, height and cost of all other incidentals. 10 100 mm diameter pipes 11 Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, rakingout joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cementbased polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts, height and cost of all other incidentals. 12 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) onthe exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joiningwith cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldingfor workingplatform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .Thescaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners,connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection ofwork at required locations with essential safety features for theworkmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measuredfor payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffoldingincluding entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts, height and cost of all other incidentals. .
