Military Engineer Services has published Periodical Services And Misc Works At Bakloh Under Age I Dalhousie Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushes, scraping down smoke spots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white wash on walls after filling holes with putty, complete all as specified 2 All as per srl item No 1 above but applying one coat of white wash on ceiing 3 All as per srl item No 1 above but applying one coat of colour wash on walls 4 Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distembered and old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices etc. and applying one coat of cement base paint, tint and shade as approved by Engr-in-charge 5 All as per srl item No.4 above but applying one coat of distember oil emulsion, tint and shade as approved by the Engr-in-charge 6 M&L for two coats of OBD over complete removal of existing treatment and wall putty base on old plaster surface including preparation over a coat ofwall putty and a coat of JK Primerall as specified {(Make : Goodlass Nerolac (Super Acrylic), Asian Paints(Tractor Acrylic Distemper), Berger Paints (Bison Super)} 7 M & L Prepration of existing treatment on wall and preparation of old wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion anti fungal weather proof paint over a coat of exterior wall primer (Of same manufacturer).{(Make : Berger(Weather coat all guard), Asian(Apex Ultima), Nerolac(Excel)} 8 Preparation of old painted wood or wooden based surfaces by rubbing with abrasive paper etc of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified. 9 Preparation of old painted steel surfaces (such as CGI sheet, Window grill ,GI water tube, fencing post etc.) and applying one coat of syntheticenamel paint complete all as specified 10 M&L writing letters in figures with synthetic enamel paint (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc. 30cm high all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Stops, Commas,short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc .
