Indian Institute Of Technology has published Construction of a 70.0-meter span RCC arch bridge, including approach roads on both sides, flood protection works, and the construction of ornamental campus main entry gate with a security check post at the South Campus of IIT Mandi. In EPC mode (Design and Build Basis).Note:-1) The rate quoted in the bid will cover all provisions of bid documents such as scope of work, relevant specifications and all other terms & conditions of the contract, etc.2) Payment shall be made for the completed work done as per payment schedule.3) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all types of foundation that may be required to be provided as per structural considerations.4) The work will be awarded as a whole and no splitting of work shall be considered. The lowest bidder shall be decided on the basis of overall bid amount.5) The rate shall be inclusive of all Taxes and GST as applicable.6) The payment for structural design, Geotechnical, Hydrological & other necessary investigations including the preparation of related reports, drawings and vetting charges shall be borne by the contractor. 7) All the material testing charges including bridge proof load testing shall be borne by the contractor. 8) The payment to TPQA agency shall be made by the contractor and shall be reimbursed by IIT Mandi on production of necessary receipts of payment against TPQA..
