No. 058/2024-25, S.A. 878553/-) (W.B.S.- 32100427-001-KGR-DTR-011).-Augmentation of 100 to 250KVA S/stnOld Matour 2 LT Distribution Panel Box with MCCB(400A, 15 kA, 3P) and O/G MCCB 250Amp,36kA,=3nOs 3 Prov.Nuts and Bolts of Various Sizes (Galvanised / Coated) [Preferably 16 mm Φ or more(with flat and spring washers)] 4 Prov energy Meter(3Φ,4-wire)DLMS compliant 400/5Amp 5 Loading of 250 KVA transformer from at store in vehicle & unloading at site and loading to the S/Stn structure ( Hydra Charge for DTR =12500) 6 Dismantlement of existing 100KVA transformer alongwith allied accessories complete in all respect. 7 Un-loading of 100 KVA transformer (Dismantled) from S/Stn structure & loading in vehicle and unloading at store . 8 Erection of 250 KVA transformer alongwith ,LT box, MCCB switch, Cable service, Cable and Energy Meter complete in all respect. 9 Erection of earthing digging of pit , fixing of earth rod, clamp,earth wire and connecting to the structure, providing charcoland salt for earthing,filling of the pitwith material,providing earthing to the transformer,LT Box, meter boxetc, providingbarbed wire and painting,providingearthing conn.to G.O. switch,lightning arrestor etc& poles. 10 commissioning of a 250 KVA DTR plinth and fencing 11 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil. 12 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 13 Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 14 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4( 1 cement, 2 sand, 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm NS) and curing complete in plinth and foundation 15 Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level. 16 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete 17 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works 18 Extra for providing and fixing expanded metal mesh of size 20x60 mm and strands 3.25 mm wide 1.6 mm thick weighing 3.64 kg per sqm for encasing of rolled steel sections in beams, columns and grillages, excluding cost of hangers. 19 Painting (two coats) excluding priming coat onnew steel and steel based surface after and i/c preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning, oil, grease, deit and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than white 20 P/F oxidised M.S. sliding door bolt anodized colour & shade with bolts & nuts screws etc. complete (250*16mm) 21 P/F oxidised M.S. handle with necessary screws etc. complete (125mm) .
