Detail Of Material To Be Used:- I ) P.H Booster Ii ) Scale Softener / Softening Agent Iii ) Oxygen Scavenger These Chemicals Must Maintain Following Parameters During Boiler Operation:- A ) P.H Of Feed Water Will Be Maintained Between 8.5 To 9.0 . B ) P.H Of Boiler Drum Water Will Be Maintained Between 9.50 To 10.50. C ) Boiler T.D.S Will Be Maintained Between 800-1000 Ppm D ) Boiler Water Sulphite Should Be 25 To 30 Ppm E ) Phosphate Should Be 15 To 30 Ppm Note:- 1 ) The Representative Of Party Will Be Available In Mills For 24 Hrs In Whole Crushing Season & Will Do Weekly Chemical Analysis Of Boiler Water With His Company Owned Testing Kit. 2 ) Dosing Pump Will Be Provided By The Party. 3 ) Rate Should Be Per Day Basis..
