Western Railway has published Supply Of aerosol-based fire detection and suppression system , supply and installation of an aerosol-based fire detection and suppression system with a 20 g c artridge, as per the technical requirements specified in annexure g-1 of rdso specification no. rdso/pf/spe c/ac/0192-2018 (rev-01). the device shall have an action temperature of 68-72 degree celsius, as per rdso letter no. el/7.1.08/sbc/main dated 06-08-2025. the system shall be suitable for lhb non-ac coaches, icf s g ac coaches, and icf sg non-ac coaches, in accordance with rdso guidelines. all necessary modifications and accessories required for the installation and proper functioning of this item shall be within the scope of th e supplier. the location for installation of the aerosol fire cartridge in the onboard panel of coaches shall be as per the drawing mentioned in rdso letter no. el/7.1.108/mssbc/main dated 18-06-2025. approved makes of cartridge: firepro, stat-x, pyrogen, dspa bv, and blazefuze, or any other make approved by rdso [ wa rranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] ] , supply and installation of an aerosol-based fire detection and suppression system with a 40 g c artridge, as per the technical requirements specified in annexure g-1 of rdso specification no. rdso/pf/spe c/ac/0192-2018 (rev-01). the device shall have an action temperature of 68-72 degree celsius, as per rdso letter no. el/7.1.08/sbc/main dated 06-08-2025. the system shall be suitable for icf sg ac coaches, in accor dance with rdso guidelines. all necessary modifications and accessories required for the installation and pro per functioning of this item shall be within the scope of the supplier. the location for installation of the aerosol fire cartridge in the onboard panel of coaches shall be as per the drawing mentioned in rdso letter n o. el/7.1.108/mssbc/main dated 18-06-2025. approved makes of cartridge: firepro, stat-x, pyrogen, dsp a bv and blazefuze, or any other make approved by rdso [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] ].
