Western Railway has published Supply Of dining table / kitchen utensils , dining table top glass with six chairs 1. scope & dimensions ? item description: industrial/institutional grade dining ta ble set comprising one (1) heavy-duty stainless steel dining table and six (6) matching heavy-duty armchairs with cushioning. ? sea ting capacity: six (6) persons. ? overall table dimensions: ? overall length: -length 72 inch (1800mm) ? overall width/depth: 36 inch (900mm) ? standard height:30 inch (750mm) 2. structural frame material (table & chairs) ? stainless steel grade: all framework, leg s, structural supports, and handles must be fabricated exclusively from aisi 304 grade stainless steel (true non-magnetic, rust-proof, and corrosion-resistant grade). bidders must provide a material test certificate upon request. ? table understructure: * main legs: hea vy-duty square ss 304 pipes, minimum size 50*50 mm with a wall thickness of 16 gauge (1.6mm) o support framework: horizontal p erimeter and cross-bracing support channels welded underneath the tabletop, fabricated from ss 304 rectangular pipes (minimum 50 mm * 25 mm * 1.2 mm thickness) to prevent sagging, bowing, or vibration. ? welding & finish: all joints must be flawlessly tig/argon welded, ground smoothly, and finished to a uniform satin/matte or premium mirror finish. no sharp edges, slag, or visible weld discolor ation are permitted. 3. table top specification ? top composition: heavy-duty, hygiene-compliant structural top. o option a (full stain less steel): minimum 1.2 mm thick (18 gauge) ss 304 sheet wrapped securely over a water-resistant, high-density marine plywood ba cking panel (minimum 18mm thick) to act as a sound-deadening and anti-drumming core. o option b (granite top): minimum 18 mm t hick, premium polished black granite with safely molded, round-chamfered edges, mounted onto the ss frame with heavy-duty indust rial adhesive and rubber dampeners. 4. heavy-duty armchairs (6 numbers) ? frame structure: fabricated from heavy-duty aisi 304 gr ade round or square stainless steel tubes (minimum 18 gauge / 1.2 mm wall thickness). ? handle / arm support: integrated, continuou s ss 304 handle supports (armrests) on both sides. handles must be an extension of the frame or securely welded with smooth, round ed corners to prevent clothing snags or injury. ? cushioning & ergonomics: o seat cushion: minimum 40 mm thick, high-density (40kg m3 or greater) premium pu molded foam to prevent sagging under prolonged institutional use. o backrest cushion: minimum 25 mm t hick high-density foam, ergonomically contoured for lumbar support. ? upholstery cover: wrapped in premium, commercial-grade, fire -retardant, and water-resistant heavy-duty leatherette (rexine). surface must be scratch-resistant and easily wipeable with sanitizing agents. ? color: executive dark tone (black, charcoal grey, or dark brown) to be approved by the purchaser. 5. floor protection & har dware ? base bushings: all table and chair legs must be capped with heavy-duty, non-marking, anti-skid nylon or pvc floor glides/bus hes. these must be securely press-fitted or threaded to eliminate operational noise and protect flooring from scratches. ? fasteners: a ny hardware, screws, or inserts used for anchoring the cushions or tabletop must be strictly made of stainless steel (ss 304/316 grade ) to ensure zero rusting. suggested procurement / bidder compliance clauses: ? warranty: minimum 24 to 36 months comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects, welding failures, or material corrosion from the date of final acceptance. make : godrej, nilka mal,pepperfly or durian [ warranty period: 36 months after the date of delivery ] ] , kitchen utensils set for 39 items as per attaechment [ warranty period: 36 months after the date of delivery ] ].
