Nuclear Power Corporation Of India Limited has published Tender For Internal Painting Of Vacated Quarters In Kaps Township.; 1 Supplying fresh tins of Premium Acrylic Distemper paint of approved shade ofAcrylic Tractor Distemper of Asian Paints / Bison Acrylic Distemper of Berger paints / ICI maxilite Acrylic distemper of ICI Duluxincluding transportation, loading, unloadingat township department stores etc. complete all as directed by Engineer. Bill copy to be submitted to department alongwith delivery challan and entry to be got verified at Township securitygate. Paint shall be supplied in batchesas instructed by EIC. 2 Supplying freshtins ofprimer for acrylic distemper of Asian paints / Berger paints / ICI Duluxincluding transportation, loading, unloadingat township department stores etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer. Bill copy to be submitted to department alongwith delivery challan and entry to be got verified at Township security gate. 3 Supplying fresh tins of Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved shade from Asian paints - Apcolite premium gloss enamel / Berger paints Luxol-Hi Gloss /Nerolac premium synthetic enamel-Hi Gloss(NSE) paintincluding transportation, loading, unloading at township department storesetc. complete all asdirected by Engineer. Bill copy to be submitted to department alongwith delivery challan and entry to be got verified at Township security gate. Paint shall be supplied in batches as instructed by EIC. 4 Supplying synthetic enamel paint thinner from M/s. Asian paints / Berger paints / ICI dulux / Nerolac including transportation, loading, unloading at township department stores etc. complete all as directed by Engineer. Bill copy to be submitted to department alongwith delivery challan and entry to be got verified at Township security gate. Note : Thinner should be compatible with the Synthetic enamel paint being supplied. 5 Taking delivery from department stores, Conveying and applying Twocoats ofACRYLIC DISTEMPER paintover existing painted walls / ceilings to give an even shade includingpreparing the surface by removing loose paints, cracks andmaking good the damaged & rough surfaces smooth, minor repairs, sealing of cracks with Birla white cement / JK white cement crack free putty,cement slurry / cement mortar, cleaning of doors, windows, ventilators etc after completion of work. Item includes cost oflabour, necessary scaffolding ,tools and tackles etc. shifting & replacing in positionall type of furniture and other items of occupants complete as directed by the Engineer. Note: Paint used under this item will be paid separately in relavant item. 6 Taking delivery from department stores ,Conveying & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over existing paint on internal plastered surface, wooden surface& Structural Steel etc forresidential quarters including scaffolding, minor repairs with cement, sealing of cracks with Birla white cement / JK white cement crack free putty making good the damage & rough surfaces wherever required with suitable compatibleputty(metal, wood, cement based ) of approved brand, making the surfaces smooth, cleaning of dirt, removal of old mortar dripping whenever required, preparing the surfaces with necessary sand paper, wire brush , grinder etc.,, cleaning of doors, windows, ventilators etc after the completion of work as shown by the engineer.Item includes cost of labour, scaffolding , tools & tackles etc shifting & replacing in position all type of furniture and other items complete as directed by the Engineer. Note : Paint used under this item will be paid separately in relavant item. 7 Taking delivery from department stores, Conveying and applying one coat of primer on fresh/exesting surfaces walls / ceilings to give an even shade includingpreparing the surface by removing loose particles, cracks andmaking good the damaged & rough surfaces smooth, minor repairs, sealing of cracks with Birla white cement/ JK white cement crack free putty,cement slurry / cement mortar, cleaning of doors, windows, ventilators etc after completion of work. Item includes cost oflabour, necessary scaffolding ,tools and tackles etc. shifting & replacing in positionall type of furniture and other items of occupants complete as directed by the Engineer. Note: primer used under this item will be paid separately in relavant item. 8 Removing of existing damaged paint / lime wash from wall / ceiling completely by scrapping at any height inside residential quartersincluding cleaning the area, wet mopping etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge. .
