( Ii ) In Case Absence Of Any Operator/ Workmen From Any Shift Will Be Penalized With A Penalty Of Double The Rate Quoted By The Contractor In Addition To The Shift Not Taken In To Consideration For Payment . ( Iii ) Operator Wanting Leave Will Get It Sanctioned Before Proceeding On Leave Along With The Name Of Individual Who Will Be Performing His Duty/Shift In His Absence . No Replacement Of Operator/Workmen Without The Knowledge Of Department Will Be Allowed . ( Iv ) The Contractor Shall Not Pay Wages Lower Than Minimum Wages For Labour As Fixed By Govt Of India / State Govt . / Union Territory ( Whichever Is Higher ) Under Minimum Wages Act Or Contract Labour ( Abolition And Regulation Act ) . . ( V ) Muster Roll , Duty Roster And Other Requisite Registers Will Be Maintained By Contractor And Get It Signed By Concerned Je On Daily Basis And Same Shall Be Submitted Monthly To Accepting Officer For Inspection .
