Indian Army has published Bids Are invited for Inner cylinderretracting tool of recuperator in 125mm smooth bore gun tank - Inner cylinderretracting tool of recuperator in 125mm smooth Bore Gun Tank T- 72 with following:-(i)Base Plate of the tool with 172mmx175mmx12mm(ii) Thread work for the main screw of size 175mm length and 27mm diameter.(iii) Clamp with thread work and nuts of 150mm and 27mm diameter to fix on cylinder.(iv) Plate with nut fixing on Surface(v) Necessary Polishing and hardening work.(vi) Dimension as per drawing attached , Layout structure for Working model of brake system of L-70 Gun - Working model of brake system of QF 40mm L-70 Gunwith following:-(i) Iron stand of 5.5’x3.5’ with wheel arrangement and 2x locking wheel atrearwith perforated sheet and necessary anti rusting work.(ii) Necessary fitment and fabrication work with clamping and bracket arrangement to lay out the component and pipelines of fluid.(iii) Air Reserve Cap 7 Kg(iv) Axle Dummy type(v) Dimension as per drawing attached. , LED display board of Brake system of L-70 - LED display board of Electro Mechanical power drive sys QF 40mm L-70 with following :-(i) Size 6x4 ft(ii) High resolution of Vinyl paint of size 6x4 ft(iii) Acrylic sheet of base for the print circuit diagram.(iv) LED light for the circuitdiagram.(v) Control switching for the board with individual toggle/domestic type switch(vi) Control mother circuit with power supply slots(vii) Powerto supply of 230V AC to 12V DC for the board(viii) Colour coding for the flow lines(ix) Aluminium PVC frame work for the board(x) Necessary labeling work(xi) Hanging arrangement for the board.(xii) Dimension as per drawing attached. , Pull back device for K –9 Vajra - Design of Ratchet type Pull back mechfor K –9 Vajrawith following:- (i) Steelrope of 10mm thickness(ii) Pulley of 400mm with base plate 350mm of and bracket arrangement to muzzle end.(iii) Both side Bracket for rope with locking system(iv) D type bracket for the rope.(v) Necessary fitment work(vi).
