Suspect heat exchanger sea water flow passage of CDA chocked and temp transmitter transducer malfunctioning. Heat exchanger to be cleaned and temp transmitter transducer to be tuned/calibrated for satisfactory operation. Sea water leakage observed from STP sea water flushing pipe line. Suspected pipe line deteriorated. Same to be repaired/renewed along with pipe line to be pressure tested and re fitment to its position and system to be proved for satisfactory operation. Exhaust smoke leakage observed from SME exhaust bellow B bank. Suspected exhaust bellow deteriorated/cracked due to ageing. Same to be repaired/renewed for satisfactory operation. All inways jobs includes. Sea water leakage observed from PDA sea water pump. Suspect mechanical seal, bearing along with impeller worn out. Pump to be overhauled and proved for satisfactory operation. Sea water leakage observed from SME and PME air purging copper tube connection view tube connecting cock broken out due to ageing. Same to be renewed as per sample. Inway job includes renewal and brazing (approx length of cooper tube -1.5 mtr, dia: 1/2 inch). Sea water leakage observed from Centre DA sea water suction pipeline due pin hole Same to be repaired/renewed as per sample(Mat: MS, Dia: 1.5 inch, Length-0.5 mtr) and system to be proved for satisfactory operation. Inway jobs as follows:- (a) Removal and re-fitment of suction pipeline from its position. (b) Repair/Renewal of suction pipeline. (c) Pressure testing of pipeline. Total Quantity :.
