The Delivery Of Material Shall Be Supplied At Ndmc Store And The Sample Of Material Being Supplied Shall Be Approved By The Engineer-In-Charge . 2 . The Quoted Rates Shall Be Net , Inclusive Of All Taxes I . E . Cartage , Gst Etc And Nothing Extra Shall Be Paid On The Quoted Rates In This Account To The Contractor/Supplier . 3 . The Material Shall Be Supplied 1000 Bags In Ten Days And Rest Quantity As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge . 4 . The Material Shall Be Supplied From Fresh Batch And Should Not Be Older Than One Month From Date Of Supply . 5 . The Supplier Shall Submit The Manufacturers Test Report Of The Laboratory Along With Each Batch/Shade Of Supply . 6 .
