The Supplier/Contractor Will Replace The Breakage Of The Goods/Materials At His Own Risk And Cost At The Of Delivery . 6 . The Supply Shall Be Completed In Proportionate To The Time Of Completion Of Supply And As Per Directions Of The Engineer-In-Charge . 7 . Whenever Testing Charges For Getting The Samples Of Material/Goods/Articles Tested In The Testing Laboratory Approved By The Engineer-In-Charge Are Required To Be Borne By The Ndmc As Per Specification And Condition Of Contract . The Testing Charges Shall Be Initially Paid By The Contractor And The Amount So Paid Shall Be Reimbursed To The Contractor In The Running Bills On Receipt Of The Test Report And Submission Of Original Receipt Issued By Such Laboratory .
