Municipal Corporation Of Delhi has published Tender For Provision Of Lighting Arrangements And Other Allied Works At Slf Okhla; 1 Supply of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Al. Conductor Armoured Cable 1.1KV grade conforming to IS-7098 of following size:- 3.5 core 70 sq mm 2 3.5 core 35 sq mm 3 4 core 25 sqmm 4 4 core 16 sqmm 5 2 core 10 sqmm 6 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. For the followings 2 x 10 sq. mm (19 mm) 7 4 x 16 sq. mm (28 mm) 8 4 x 25 sq. mm (28 mm) 9 3.5 x 35 sq. mm (32 mm) 10 3.5 x 70 sq. mm (38 mm) 11 Excavatingtrenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : All kinds of soil: Pipes, cables etc, not exceeding 80 mm dia. 12 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. ( in all kinds of soil) 13 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Upto 35 sq. mm 14 Above 35 sq mm and Upto 95 sq. mm 15 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as requiredbut excluding the sand cushioning and protective coveringUpto 35 sq. mm 16 Above 35 sq mm and Upto 95 sq. mm 17 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonary open ducts etc. as required upto 35 sq. mmUpto 35 sq. mm 18 Above 35 sq mm and Upto 95 sq. mm 19 Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) 20 Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp) 21 Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench., complete as required. 63 mm dia. (OD- 63 mm & ID- 51 mm nominal). 22 Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia. (OD- 63 mm & ID- 51 mm nominal). 23 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in theRCC / METAL / HUME pipe etc. as requiredUpto 35 sq. mm 24 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in theRCC / METAL / HUME pipe etc. as required above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq mm 25 Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required 26 Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required. 27 Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required. 28 Supply of Prestressed concrete pole 9.0 metres long, bottom width 263 mm, Top width 145 mm, breadth 114 mm with all accessories, as required 29 Erection of RCC/ PCC pole of following length in brick ballast and ramming the foundation, finishing with 150mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) layer on top with including excavation and refilling etc as required. Above 8.0 metre and up to 11.0 metre 30 Supply of 140 W LED street light/flood light luminaire fitted with lens made of pressure die cast aluminium housing &toughened glass cover complete with the following specification as per relevant IS (a) Total system wattage: 140 watt+- 5% (b) Lumiaire efficacy -130 Lumens/ watt (c) Power factor > 0.95 (d) Protection class:IP 66 (e) LED Package shall be ceramic base (f) Multi chip, array, Multi die, mid power, integrated arrays and COB type chip are not permitted (g) Operating current of LED < 70% of rated maximum forward current, limited to a minimum of 350 mA and maximum of 1000 mA.
