Of Road Pkt H-4/43 To 52-Impand Devof Road By Pdgrmc Fromh No43 To 52In Pkth4 Sector 16 Rohini In Ward No 21 M Irz , Dsr Dar Civil-2018 And Approved Items ; 1 Imp. dev. of road by pdg.RMC 2 2.6.1:Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.All kinds of soil 3 6.1.2:Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 4 13.4.2:12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 5 13.18:Neat cement punning 6 16.64:Providing and laying 75 mm thick compacted bed of dry brick aggregate of 40 mm thick nominal size including spreading, well ramming, consolidating and grouting with jamuna sand, including finishing smooth etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. 7 16.75:Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately). 8 19.26.4:Raising manhole cover and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab and making good the damage as required (Raising depth of manhole to be paid separately :Circular manhole 140 cm dia with circular cover 600 mm dia of grade EHD - 35 9 110.12:P/F precast R.C.C. stab/grating 70mm thick manufactured with CC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) reinforced with 96 kg/m3 of R.C.C including lapping all four side with M.S. sheet 1.6 mm thick & fixing in position complete. (Drain covers with or without holes) 10 1.1.1_08:Disposal of materials by mechanical transportincluding loading ,unloading and stacking lime ,moorum, buildingrubbish for lead 8 km 11 15.43.2:Dismantling manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge:Bituminous road 12 16.45:Providing and fixing in position pre- moulded joint filler in expansion joints. 13 16.46.1:Providing and laying in position bitumen hot sealing compound for expansion joints etc. Using grade A sealing compound. 14 5.9.3A:Centering and shuttering including strutting ,proppingetc.and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings,balconies and access platform .
