Irrigation And Flood Control Department has published Tender For Making Temporary Arrangement For Chhat Pooja 2025 Near Ibrahimpur Mod (Shiv Mandir) And Different Location In Burari Assembly Constituency In District North.; 1 Pumping out water by deploying diesel pump of 10 HP including suction pipe and delivery pipe and shiftingas persite requirement etc. complete. 2 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 3 Hiring & running charges of JCB machine on hourly basis including all operations i.e. to and fro, carriage, crawling of machine, operator and fueletc. complete. 4 Providing and laying Polythene sheet in Chhat Pooja pond. 5 Supply and filling with stitching of E.C. bags including cost of earth and placing on slopes of banks complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 6 Supply of safeda ballies on hiring basis for 3 days at site of size 80mm dia 3.00m. long including chiseling etc. completeas per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 7 Supplying at site jute rope 15mm dia 8 Hiring of bamboo chick of size 4.20 x 2.10 Metre. (Jaffri 10cmc/c criss cross) and includingcost of bindingwire, carriage to site complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge on hire basis for 3 days. 9 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.All kinds of soil 10 Supplying of satten cloth flags 60 x50 cm. with stitching at site. 11 Supplyand fixing ofdisplay boards of size of 10 x 5 in frame. 12 Providing & spreading Dehradoon white lime for cleaning the water of Chhat Ghat. 13 Removal of pooja samgri, polythene bags, placed E.C. bags filled with earth etc. from the water of pond and dumping the same in designated place. 14 Hiring charge of Videographer for videography and photographs of Chath Pooja programme. 15 Supply of earth at site including excavation, royalty, loading, unloading and banking the same in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers anddressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions including carriage of earth by mechanical transportlead upto 15.00 km. All kinds of soil. 16 Providing and fixing of display boards of size of 15 x 7.5 in frame. 17 Supply and filling building rubbish in trenches, plinth, road in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth rolling each layer with half tonne roller with all lead and lifts. 18 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 19 Deployment of labour for watch & ward of ghat round the clock. .
