Irrigation And Flood Control Department has published Tender For Making Arrangement For Chhat Pooja 2025 Various Locations In Model Town Assembly Constituency Ac-18.; 1 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 2 Hiring & running charges of JCB machine on hourly basis including all operations i.e. to and fro, carriage, crawling ofmachine, operator and fuel etc. complete. 3 Providing and laying Polythene sheet in Chhat Pooja pond. 4 Supply and filling with stitching of E.C. bags including cost of earth and placing on slopes of banks complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 5 Supply of safeda ballies on hiring basis for 3 days at site of size 80mm dia 3.00m. long including chiseling etc. completeas per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 6 Supplying at site jute rope 15mm dia 7 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.All kinds of soil 8 Supplyand fixing ofdisplay boards of size of 10 x 5 in frame. 9 Providing & spreading Dehradoon white lime for cleaning the water of Chhat Ghat. 10 Removal of pooja samgri, polythene bags, placed E.C. bags filled with earth etc. from the water of pond and dumping the same in designated place. 11 Hiring charge of Videographer for videography and photographs of Chath Pooja programme. 12 Supply of earth at site including excavation, royalty, loading, unloading and banking the same in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers anddressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions including carriage of earth by mechanical transportlead upto 15.00 km. All kinds of soil. 13 Providing and fixing of display boards of size of 15 x 7.5 in frame. 14 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 15 Deployment of labour for watch & ward of ghat round the clock. 16 Pumping out water by deploying diesel pump of 10 HP including suction pipe and delivery pipe and shiftingas persite requirement etc. complete. 17 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil 18 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). 19 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand). 20 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture 21 Erection and maintenanceof watch towers forwatch and ward of entire area including cost oferection of ballies, planks,ropes, nails/ladderand rehandling of materials etc. complete. .
