Delhi Jal Board has published Supply Installation Testing Commissioning Of Pump Set ( 90Kw ) With All Allied Equipments At Y- Block Mangolpuri Pump House Comes Under Ac-10 ( Mechanical Works ) . - Kirloskar make HS Casing Centrifugal Clear Water Pump Model UP 250/33000x 250 MM, head 28m, Discharge 750m 3/h, with C I Impeller, EN-8 Shaft &Gland Packed coupled with motor kirloskar/BBL make electric motor 120HP, 1480 Rpm TEFC,IE2, 415V, 3PH 50HZ, Foot mounted, Flexible Coupling & coupling guard Other models are allowed having equivalent duties. 2 S/o 400 mm dia CI Double flanged non rising spindle sluice valve P.N 1.0 IS:14 sub, CI body/wedge/bronze ring/S.S 410 shaft construction & S.S IS:6603 Gr. 12 CISI marked manual operation SOR: 4.7.6 3 S/o 400 mm CI double flanged swing type non return valve as per IS:5312 PN 1.0 CI Body door/bronze to rubber ring/SS 410twin pin. SOR 4.9.12 4 Supply of MS pipe 400mm having thickness of 10.0 sq.mm 5 Installation of above S/valves, NRV etc. with the help of electric welding, manually heavy labour etc. 6 Transformation of all equipments i.e pump/motor/starter/cable/pipes/valves etc. and material at site of work as per site requirement. 7 Fabrication/supply of MS base frame of size as per site requirement using MS channel and MS base plates for motor and pump of suitable size and thickness. The job also including the welding, cutting and grinding of edges etc. as per site requirement. 8 Supply and fixing of the new foundation bolt size as required at in pocket by proper wielding to MS frame of RCC with proper support and filling of CC for grip of foundation bolt in CC structure and also making wet layer of cement in old CC structure for proper mixing and required civil work with proper leveling. 9 Placing of pump motor(90KW) at the base frame including heavy labour and other tools and tackles with all necessary safety as per site requirement. 10 Installation of above pump sets after fixing of MS base frame, along with proper alignment of pump set and providing of suitable size coupling (Approved Make)& fixing the same with bore size of pump set complete taking all safety precautions with all tools and tackles etc. 11 Making connections of the pump at the suction side with existing pipe line including providing and fixing of MS Reducer of size 400mmx300mm of 10 mm thickness and MS Dismantling joint/pipe piece duly flanged at both sides including providing all the consumables for making joints as per site requirement. 12 Making connections of the pump at the delivery side with existing pipe line including providing and fixing of MS Reducer of size 400mmx250mm of 10 mm thickness and MS Dismantling joint/pipe piece duly flanged at both sides including providing all the consumables for making joints as per site requirement. 13 Providing & fixing of the Pressure Gauge of dia 150mm & range from 0 to 100 Psi on delivery side including providing all the material, mounting of meter, carrying out all work as per site requirement. 14 Making requiredconnections at the pump for making air release system with existing Pump arrangement including providingof pipes as per existing parameter and all the consumables formaking joints as per site requirement. .
