Airports Authority Of India has published Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Armo Of 11Kv Sub-Station, Electrical Installation, Dg Sets And Lifts At Arsr Bijwasan, New Delhi.(2026-27). Sh:Annual Upkeep Of E&M Installations.; 1 Annual upkeeping of 11 KV Sub-station, 2 x 250 KVA DG Sets i/c AMF panel and other electrical installations at ARSR Bijwasan on all working days i/c Sunday & holidays including provision of engaging manpower as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract.Note : Contractor has to re-engage 15 nos. workmen out of total 16 nos. workmen categorized as per the special conditions of contract who are protected by the stay / Status Quo order by Honble high Court of Delhi and subject to outcome of WPC 1462/2020 and ID No-126/2020 pending with CGIT. 2 Annual Comprehensive maintenance of Water Cooler (Make:Conway Waterpurifier) floor mounted having 80 L Storage Capacity & Cooling capacity of 60 L per hour with inbuilt 7 stage RO and UV purification including replacing of filters as and when required and shifting and positioning of the water cooler & RO at the specified location (if required), inlet/outlet connections and adjustment of TDS etc. complete as required. 3 Annual Comprehensive maintenance of RO(Make : KENT),wall mounted having 8 L storage capacity & purification production rate 15 L per hour including replacing of filters as and when required and shifting and positioning of the RO at the specified location, inlet/outlet connections and adjustment of RO and its TDS etc. complete as required. 4 Annual comprehensive maintenance of 1.5 / 2 TR split type Air-conditioning unit (Make- Hitachi/Voltas) comprising of compressor, condensing coil unit, cooling coil unit etc. complete as per scope of work. 5 Execution of works as per CPWD schedule of rates and specification-2022 (DSR-2022) (E & M) for amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- as and when required during contract period. Example: if rate of an item as per DSR-2022 = 100If contractor is quoting Rs. 70,000/- againts Rs. 1,00,000 i.e. 30 % below it means Rs. 70.00 (i.e. Rate i/c GST) shall be paid for that item against Rs. 100.00 (as per DSR-2022) 6 Replacement of following Faulty Electrical items with new one complete as required at site. 6.1 3 pin Plug top 5/6 Amp, 230 V AC 6.2 3 Pin Plug top 15/16 Amp, 230 V AC 7 Replacement of faulty HRC fuse link with new one of 2 to 32 Amp rating, 80 KA breaking capacity 415 V suitable for existing panels. 8 Replacement of Silica gel for breather for 500 KVA Transformer. 9 Re-painting of L.T. panels/ feeder panels, chequered plate, electrical installations etc. with approved quality enamel paint of required colour in one or more coat with spray gun i/c scrapping & cleaning the surface complete as per site requirement and direction of E-I-C. 10 Re-painting of street light poles of height upto 8 mtr. i/c loop in loop out box with 2 coat of approved quality synthetic enamel silver paint i/c scraping, applying primer paint, foundation painting, cleaning & numbering the poles complete etc. as reqd. 11 Rewinding of following fans as per original characteristics with super enameled copper wire and insulation material, repairing the worn out bearing etc. as required i/c dismantling, making arrangment for transportation to workshop and reinstallation of the same at site, making supply connection, providing and fixing of necessary nut & bolts etc. (To be carried out as & when required). (Note: Dismantled winding shall be retained by the agency). 11.1 Exhaust fan 11.2 Ceiling fan/kit fan 11.3 Wall mounted fan 12 Repairing & Rewinding of 3-phase,415 V, 50 Hz submersible pump motors of following capacity by replacement of rewinding kit, defective bushes, impeller, seal, gasket etc. i/c transportation from site to workshop & back as and when reqd. at site.(Note: Dismantled winding shall be retained by the agency) 12.1 5 HP 12.2 1.5/1.67 HP 13 Charges for removal/ lifting of different size & capacity submersible pump set, from the existing borewell along with pipe lines, cable etc. and fixing the same after repairing. The job is to be carried out as and when reqd. at site. (Depth of borewell is approx. 75 Mtrs) 14 Testing of Dielectric strength (BDV) of Transformer oil on yearly basis for 02 nos. 500 KVA transformer & submission of report from government approved laboratory i/c collection of sample from site, transfer to lab complete as required. 15 Collection of Transformer Oil sample from Transformer 500KVA, 11 KV/433V at site and testing the same from authorised testing laboratory & submission of test report for following parameter complete as required:-(i) Acidity Test(ii) Flash Point Test(Note:- 1 Job = 1 Sample Per Transformer) 16 Dehydration & Filtration of Transformer oil with High Vaccum Filtration Machine to achieve BDV upto the level of relavent IS Dielectric strength as required i/c submission of oil test reports from government / NABL approved laboratory after dehydration of oil as & when required. 17 Supply & Toping up the transformer oil in conservator tank upto a required level with new treated transformer oil (i/c replacement of oil seal) as and when required. 18 Annual Maintenance and servicing from OEM or their authorized service dealer of 11kV HT panel (03 nos Vertical section) consisting of 1 no. of 11kV Incomer feeder, 2 nos. of 11kV O/G feeder to transformer no-01 & transformer no-02 i/c CT/PT, control wiring, ammeter, voltmer, power factor meter, Indication lamps etc. at HT panel room as per maintenance schedule /scope of work including attending complaints/breakdown whenever required and scheduled visit by deputing the manpower including the submission of servicing report, etc. excluding circuit breaker & Relays service complete as required & as per specification. (Remarks : The spares & electrical parts shall be supplied separately by the agency as and when required on payment basis). 11kV HT panel make :-Tri Square (having 03 Nos Vertical section ) (1 job = 1 complete service of above mentioned panel with service record ) 19 Annual Servicing from OEM or their authorized service dealer of VCB (3 nos.) of Rated current 800 A, Make- ABB, Type- VD4/W i2.08.20,11kV Rated voltage along with testing and calibration of all 11KV HT panels protection associated relays, including attending the complaints whenever required and carrying out atleast 01 visit per year along with submission of VCB servicing & testing i/c relay calibration report.(1 job = 1 Complete service consist of all 3 Nos VCB Service & testing i/c associated relays calibration report). 20 Annual Maintenance and servicing from OEM or their authorized service dealer of following LT panels:- 1.Non Essential LT panel - 1 No.(08 Nos. Vertical sections )2.Essential LT panel -1 No.(06 Nos. Vertical sections) , 3.200 KVAR capacitor bank APFC Panel -1 No. (03 Nos. Vertical sections ) i/c control wiring, MCCB service & maintenance, microprocesser based relays etc. as per maintenance schedule /scope of work including attending complaints/breakdown whenever required and scheduled visit by deputing the manpower including the submission of service report, etc. excluding Air circuit breaker(ACB) service complete as required & as per specification of above mentioned panels (Remarks : The spares & electrical parts shall be supplied separately by the agency as and when required on payment basis). (1 job = 1 complete service of above mentioned panels (03 nos) with service reports) . 21 Complete servicing of Air Circuit Breaker(ACB) of rating 800 Amp. installed in LT panels by authorised service dealer of OEM M/s Lauritz Knudsen (LK) including submission of service reports in triplicate etc as reqd. .
