South East Central Railway has published Supply Of wheel gauge 3 , supply of worn wheel profile gauge, made of hardened stainless steel with laser etched per manent marking of wheel profile size and name of wheel profile gauge on each gauge. wheel profile is made from wire cut edm. all gauges have hardened 45 hrc & 4 mm thick ss plate with calibration certifica te from nabl/iso accredited lab. for inspection of wheel profile of all type of wheel sets. in one set consist of following items:- 1. worn wheel profile (for bg wagon) gauge, size 29 mm, qty 01 nos, as per drg. no. 8 8021. 2. intermediate worn wheel profile gauge, size 20 mm, 21 mm, 22 mm, 23 mm, 24 mm, 25 mm, 26 mm, 27 mm & 28 mm, qty 09 nos(one each size), as per drg. no. wd89060/s-02 3. 140t crane wheel profile gauge, size as per drawing, qty 01 no, drg. no. csl-3040 4.tower car mark- ii wheel profile gauge, size as per drawing, qty 01 no, drg. no. jmp/cr-46/2008 5.tower car mark- iii wheel profile gauge, size as per drawing, qty 01 no, drg. no. ga5443/jmp [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] ] , supply of axle fillet gauge as per rdso technical pamphlet g-81 (attached) with feeler gaug e of thickness 0.13 mm(0.005), fillet gauge thickness - 6mm, (material spec.-stainless steel aisi 304) alon g with calibration certificate from nabl approved laboratory.
