NO 31359731) • The vendor shall be responsible for providing and installing latest MATLAB releases to BPCL. • The vendor shall provide license generation, installation, troubleshooting and generation technical support related to the MATLAB suite. • BPCL will log the queries through email to the designated email addresses (to be provided by the vendor). The vendor shall initiate the resolution action within 48 hrs of the receipt of the mail. • The vendor shall provide necessary information through proper documented media or a session to BPCL officers on the recent developments of the tools and its applications. • Payment Terms: o BPCL will issue a PO on annual basis to the vendors at the start of the year. o Payment will be made within 30 days after successful installation of the latest MATLAB release. • Delivery Period o The order will be placed for one year and the during the period the vendor shall respond the BPCL queries within 48 hrs of the call log. .
