Military Engineer Services has published Tender For Additional / Alternator To Drainage System At Af Stn High Ground.; 1 Dismantling of brickwork/brick masonry, built in cement mortar , including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articlesand removal of debris outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed. 2 Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) n exc 15cm thick as in ground floor/paving and removal of debris outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation of manholes, laying sewage pipes or for drains etc and getting out including trimming sides and leveling bottom surfaces, watering & well ramming to the required level/slope, complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Material and labour for Cement concrete type C-2,1:3:6 (40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate)as in surfaces channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Material and labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), using old size bricks, as in drain, manhole etc complete all as specified and as directed. 6 All as per description of item No. 05 here in before but except bricks complete all as specified. Note:- Serviceable bricks retrieved against Serial item No 01 here-in-before shall be reused and rates quoted against this item shall deemed toincludecost of cleaning of bricks). 7 Material & labour subclassB laid on edge on top of brick wall bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed cement 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. 8 Material & labour for Flush pointing to brick walls in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specifed and as directed. 9 Material & labour Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete. 10 Material & labour Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 90 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete. 11 Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed. 12 Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above from starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Material and labour for hacking for key, raking out joints of old brick work or stone work built in cement mortar; not previously plastered; and scrubbing down with water etc. to receive plaster or flush pionting to brick masonary wall in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed 14 S&F TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirallyfor hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed. 15 Material and labour Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in in manhole perforated cover slab including necessary moulds and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete. (Reinforcement shall bemeasured and paid separately) 16 Material and labour for Mild steel framed workaround drain/ Manhole cover using MS flat or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. conforming to Fe-290-W (Gde-E-165) quality-B complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150 to 300 mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cementmortar complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Material and labour for300mm internal dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid , jointed and tested complete with collarslaid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar complete all as specifiedand directed .
