With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) 4 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface 5 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 6 Providing and applying filling with cement based putty (Birla, Jk or equivalent) to the required finish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 7 Providing and fixing 4mm thick plain glass paneswith beading when required over existing chowkhat or glazed shutter including the cost of nails, putty etc.complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 8 Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with 4mm thick floated glass pane fixed with 1/2x3/4 golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 3 butt hinges, 4 tower bolts aluminium(ISI marked) 2 nos,4 handles aluminium (ISI marked) 2 nos. I-hook aluminium (ISI marked)and two coats of special quality enamel paint over coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 9 .Providing and fixing golden champ wood chowkhat (kiln seasoned) 4 1/2 x 2 1/4including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, hinges, screws,nails, fevicol etc. and painting two coats of wood preserver to sides of chowkhats. Rate includes the cost of dismantling of all damaged chowkhats and making good the damage to walls plaster and floors as required including, refixing of grills, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground the rate further includes the cost of painting two coats synthetic enamel paint over one coat of wood primer complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side commercial face in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of Alum hinges, all necessary Alum fittings and painting two coats over one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Providing and laying vitirifiedfloor tiles of specified size(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
