Rail Wheel Plant has published Supply Of Inserts Round Carbide Coated.Inserts Round Carbide Coated., Insert Round Carbide Coated To Iso Designation No.Rcmx 2507Mo Make:Kennametal / Taegutec / Ceratizit / Sandvik / Widia. Acceptance Criteria: 10 Inserts From The Lot Will Be Randomly Selected And Will Be Used For Machining Of Wheels ( Boxn / Bgc ) . Lot Will Be Accepted If These 10 Inserts Are Able To Machine 20 Wheels-Hpmc ( Plate Machining ) , 30 Wheels-Htmc ( Trade Machining ) And 70 Wheels Of Hrmc ( Rim Machining ) / Brmc ( Back Rim Machining ) / Hfmc ( Hub Face Machining ) . Two Passes Of Each 2 Mm Depth Of Cut Will Constitute Machining Of One Wheel. Note: These Acceptance Criteria ( Performance Check ) Will Be Carried Out At Rail Wheel Plant, Bela Premises By.
