Indian Oil Corporation Limited has published Supply , Operation And Maintenance Of Mosru (Mobile Oil Spill Recovery Unit)At Barauni Refinery , supply of new mosru to barauni refinery , design , engineering , procurement of materials and bought out components & items , manufacture , assembly at shop , stage wise inspection including inspection by tpia , testing at manufacturers works , packing , supply of mobile oil spill recovery unit including supply of all commissioning spares , special tools and tackles as specified in the specification and documentation as per the enclosed tender standard specifications and other codes and standards attached or referred .
