Northeast Frontier Railway has published Supply Of supply installation of providing and fixing danger boardas per schedule of requirements , providing and fixing danger board made of 2mm thick ms sheet of size 18?14 (457mm ?356mm), painted with white background and lettered danger (or as specified) in red radium/reflective paint on both faces of the board, duly fabricated with folded/rolled edges to prevent sharp corners; the boa d welded/bolted centrally to a standing post of 1.5 (38mm) square gi pipe of appropriate wall thickness, th e assembly having a total height of 160 cm from ground/fixing level to the top of the board; the post fixed r igidly in vertical position by means of a fabricated ms clamp (with nut-bolts) suitable for clamping onto the ail, complete with all necessary cutting, welding, painting (two coats, including primer where required), fitti ngs and fixtures, carriage of materials to site, and erection at the location shown/directed by the engineer-i n-charge, all complete as per specifications and to the satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge ? rate to inclu de cost of all materials, labour, tools & plant, and incidental charges for the finished item in place. hsn cod e- 83100010 [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] ].
