Military Engineer Services has published Tender For Provision Of Ladder For Inaccessible Roof In Smqs At Af Stn Tezpur Under Ge (Af) Tezpur.; 1 Exacavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wall, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n. exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth in soft/loose soil etc, complete all as specified and directed. 2 Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thickin any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Removing excavated materials (soil) n exc. 50m distance and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed. 4 M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40 mm graded aggregate) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Material and labour for Cutting holes not exc 150 Sq.cm into or through brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar or walls of lime concrete, making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required, complete all as specified and as directed. 6 S&F for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-1979 grade St-240, complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Supply and fix Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290, Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Supply and fix mild steel Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes,including bolts, if required:hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed. 9 Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed. 10 Materials and Labour for rendering 8 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 12 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, complete all as specified and directed.Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately) .
