Military Engineer Services has published Tender For Additional / Alternator To Joinery In Domestic Area At Af Stn Tezpur Under Ge (Af) Tezpur; 1 Taking down chowkat with shutter n. exc. 1.5 sqm each including hold fast (without taking off shutter from the Frame) including making good to disturbed surface of jambs/cill in CM 1:3 and matching the new surface by applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed. 2 Taking down chowkat with shutterexc. 1.5 sqm each but n.exc 4 Sqm each including hold fast (without taking off shutter from the Frame) including making good to disturbed surface of jambs/cill in CM 1:3 and matching the new surface by applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.Note for item 1 & 2:-After taking down of chowkhat with shutter, opening shall be temporarily closed with the help of plywood till the new aluminium window/ door/ ventilator is fixed and rate for the same shall be deemed included in the qouted rate under this item. 3 S & F powder coated (colour as aproved by Engr-in Charge) anodised Aluminium alloy sections sliding windows with frames Series-B (18 mm) and 3 track sliding shutters duly fitted with neoprene beading, glazing clips, two shutters tinted glass panes 4.80 mm nominal thickness and one shutter with stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm dia and average width of aperture 1.4mm, aluminium alloy handles etc, complete all as specified and directed.Note :Rates include all glaass, wire cloth, rubber packing, joining, cleats, glazing clips, aluminium snap beading, locking arrangements, handle with or without opeing for AC as directed by EICetc (Ref CE(AF) Shillong Zone TD Drg No AF/TD/242/15(R). 4 S& F Powder coated (colour as aproved by Engr-in Charge)Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat forfixing etc. complete all as specified and directed. 5 S&F powder coated (colour as aproved by Engr-in Charge) Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, poweder coated anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, powder coated anodised aluminium fittings with each shutter such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 No.) suitable handle (1 No.) and 01 No. tower bolt, complete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply and fix 4.80mm thick tinted glass in aluminium shutter with the help of U shaped rubber gasket and snap beading in square exc 0.5 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and as directed. 7 S & F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 nominal dia wire & average width of aperature 1.40 mm fixed in aluminium shutter, complete all as specified and directed 8 Materials and Labour for rendering 8 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 12 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, complete all as specified and directed.Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately) .
