For Export Consignments Of Alumina , Preparation Of B/Ls As Per Our L/C Terms . The Work Also Includes Appraisements And Collection Of Cheque Payments From Nalco For Paying To Customs And Port Liaison / Assistance In Survey , Supervision An D Co-Ordination With Various Agencies For Prompt And Immediate Completion Of Formalities And Loading Of Export Material And Filing / Settlement Of Drawback / Refund Claims With Customs / Port Authorities / Excise Con Cessions Including Release Of Bonds Executed To The Excise Authorities , Etc . , After Shipment , Preparation Of Statement Of Facts And Obtaining Bill Of Lading And Other Documents Duly Signed By Master / Authorized Agents Of Owners , Close Liaison With Central Excise Customs , Port Shipping Agents , Export Inspection Agencies , Surveyors And Any Other Authority Concerned With The Above Activities Including All Other Connected Activities Pertaining To Export Of Alumina .
