P-4 And New Security Building At Nstl , Visakhapatnam . , earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1 . 5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50m and lift upto 1 . 5m as directed by engineer -in- charge: , all kind of soil . , uprooting weeds from the trenche area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprotted vegetation . , rough dressing the tranched ground including breaking clods . , fine dressing of the ground . , spreading of sludge , dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of office -in-charge ( cost of sludge , dump manure and / or good earth to be paid separately ) . , mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specification or directed by the office- in- charge . , grassing with section no . 1 grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 60 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn , free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth if needed ( the grass and earth shall be paid for separately ) ( or ) equivalent grass . , bengal doob grass . , providing & laying of bengal doob grass with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness on existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light watering the same , as per direction of officer incharge . , complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i . e . lawn trees , shrubs , hedge , flower beds , foliages , creepers etc . including hoeing , weeding pruning replacement of plants , gap filling , watering , mowing of lawn , grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter , removal of garden waste , applying insecticide , pesticide & fertilizers ( whenever required ) top dressing of lawn with good earth and menure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge ( cost of good earth , manure , fertilizer , insecticide , pesticide will be provided by the department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel , other t & p material/articles shall be provided by the contractor . ) , supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete ( earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment ) . , supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source , including carriage upto 5 km complete ( manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment ) . , screened through sieve of i . s . designation 16 mm . , mechnical transport including loding , unloding and stacking . , earth ( 10km ) . , manure or sludge ( 10km ) . , rose plantation- earth work in excavation by mechanical means ( hydraulic excavator ) / manual means over areas ( exceeding 30cm in depth . 1 . 5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan ) including disposal of excavated earth , lead upto 50m and lift upto 1 . 5m , disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed . , providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level : , 1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) . , brick work with common burnt clay f . p . s .
