Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has published Tender For Major Repairs Of 8 Nos.Dg Sets At Various Te/Bts Sites Under Ongole Oa ( Revised); 1 Replacement of the following Spares / consumables suitable for DG sets up to 40 kVA in place of old/ faulty parts etc as required.(on buyback of old parts) 2 Piston Assembly 3 Piston ring Sets 4 Cylinder liners (Wet Liners) 5 Head gasket Intigrated 3 in 1(Integrated)/ 2 in 1/ Set 6 Set of Joints 7 Set o rings 8 Valve Stem Seals 9 Connecting rod Bearings 10 Inlet/exhaust valves 11 Inlet/exhaust valve seats 12 Valve guides 13 Set of Water hoses and Clamps (up to 40 kVA DG set) 14 V-belts 15 Lube oil filter (up to 40 kVA DG set) 16 Diesel filter (up to 40 kVA DG set) 17 Lube oil 20W40 18 Radiator Coolent 19 Metal braided hose fuel pipes with banzo bolt 20 Water hose pipe connceting Thermostat to Water pump of Engine ( Near Radiator) 21 Exhaust Bellow 22 Replacement of Start/ Stop Push buttons (both) with necessary elec wiring for start/ stop facility from Panel. 23 SMPS battery charger suitable for charging Lead Acid Battery with 230 V 50 Hz AC supply as input and 12 V 10 A DC output including Short circuit protection, reverse battery terminals protection etc as required. 24 Top overhauling charges for 10/15KVA DG set including general servicng charges, checking of engine and alternator, rectifying minor elector mechanical defects, tightening of nuts, bolts, clamps, cleaning of total EA set and EA foundation with suitable cleaning agent etc complete as required. 25 Work shop charges for Head servicing calibration of nozzles, injectors etc including transport charges to the workshop for repair and vice-versa) at workshop by removing of faulty valve guides by hydraulic press and removing of faulty seats by welding, fixing of new seats newguides and valves, seat cutting the valves and seats with required angle cutting tool,lapping testing etc as required 26 Repair , Servicing , calibration ofFIPof above DG set i/cremoving , transportation to work shop for repair, replacement of required spare parts, refixing the same to DG setafter repair, testing completeas required 27 De-coupling and removingof 10/15 KVA, 3 Phase/1 Phase Kirloskar/CG Alternator of Canopy DG set andtransportationto the specializedworkshop at Vijayawada/Guntur i/cloading and unloading complete as required 28 Reconditioning of 10/15 KVA Alternator at work shopbyseparationof rotor & stator , checking the IR values of windings, cleaning of stator/rotor windings and re-conditioning the alternator windings by applying varnish and drying for strengthing IR values complete as required. 29 Transportation of the reconditioned alternator from work shop @ Vijayawada/Guntur to site & Re-coupling of alternator to Engine,Re-alliagnment with dialgauge with high skilled Technician, reconnection of out going cables both earthings and testiing on load etc as reqd 30 Repair and modification of Exhaust pipe for 10/15 kVA DG set including cutting, welding etc complete as required. 31 Repairing & servicing of self starter ( for DG sets having capacity up to 10/15/21/40 KVA) complete as required. 32 Supply and fixing of AVR for excitation control to the exciter of 3Phase/ 1 Phase alternator suitable for working on 415V/ 230V3Phase/ 1 Phase, AC supply including removal of faulty/burnt AVR, testing etc as reqd 33 General Servicing of10/15/35/40 kVA E/A sets including adjustment of tappet settings, check functioning of start motor,dynamo,fuel pump and nozzle, removing & Cleaning of Air filter, adjusting of V-belts tension, cleaning of outer parts including arresting of lube oil and diesel oil leakages, tightning of banzo bolts etc complete (excluding costs of spares, oils, filters ETC) as required. (for DG sets where overhauling not required) 34 Replacement of Radiator core for 35 kVA DG set including all necessary accessories a required.(in buy back scheme) 35 Replacement of Accoustic canopy door hinges/ Door locks in place of damaged / broken door hinges/ Door locks as required .
