Military Engineer Services has published Tender For Comprehensive Repair To Drain And Retaining Walls At Minnie Bay Pocket Including Mes Complex, Ishq, Pereira Enclave, Srinagar Colony Etc Under Age B/R-Ii Of Ge Minnie Bay; 1 Demolition of Precast Concrete work/ precast concrete block wall built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed. 2 M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete solidblock masonry using PCC (1:3:6) , Type C-1(using 20 mm stone agg), exc10 cm in width and setting in CM( 1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on PCC block walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed. ( rate including necessary scaffolding up to a height of G+3 bldgall as directed). 4 M&L Rendering 15mm thick in fair faces of PCC block wall orconcrete surfaces inCM(1:4) finishedeven & fairwithout using extra cement all as specified and directed.Note :- Water Proofing compound shall be paid separately 5 M&L forrendering 10mm thick plaster in fair faces of PCC block wall or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) finished even & smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and as directed. 6 Supply onlyLiquid water proofing compound ISI marked etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC may apply as per manufactures instructions or 3% by thewt of cement). 7 M & L for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal esistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of WHITE colour with silicon additives coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Make: Asian Paints (Apex Ultima), Berger (Weathercoat Long Life Flexo) Nerolac (Excel Total), Shalimar Paints (Weatherpro+ Super Luxury Emulsion) 8 M&L proparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of high sheen, Anti-Fungal, Excellent Stain Resistant interior Acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Make: Asian Paints (Tractor uno), Berger (Bison Emulsion), Nerolac (beauty smooth), Shalimar Paints (No.1 Silk) 9 Demolition of RCC[reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition] of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc., complete all as specified and as directed. 10 Providing precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately. 11 M&L for TMT Mild steel bars6mm to 8mm dia. dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge 12 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and any position as directed. 13 S&F for Mild Steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge 14 M&L for preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. 15 Excavation over areas n.exc. 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Excavation over areas exc. 1.5 m n. exc 3.0 m deep and getting out insoft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 17 Removing Excavated soils not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 18 Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 19 M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 20 M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-30 Design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concretecomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 21 M & L for Reinforced cement concrete M-30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 22 Formwork for rough finished surface of concrete to flat sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge 23 Formwork for rough finished surface of concrete to flat faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.;
