Indian Coast Guard has published Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Repair And Maintenance; As Per Sample; Yes; Service Provider Premises During passage from sri Vijaya Puram to Diglipur on 30 Sep 25, following alarms were observed on SME LOP and MCS Display:- 1. Power amplifier failure. 2. LO temperature exhaust B5, B6, B7 & A7 cylinder. Due to the aforementioned alarms, the power reduction safety alarm was activated. The SS sought telephonic technical assistance from PAC firm (M/s Ind Aust Pvt. Ltd.) who advised checking & cleaning the X4 harness connector (fitted in the MDEC main engine panel), as it supplies power to the electronics injectors for firing. The SS carried out the recommended action, however, the defect still persists. Defect is to be rectified and system is to proved for satisfactory operation at Diglipur, North & Middle Andaman.
