AOC description
Department Of Defence has published Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Repair Of Aft Ac System; Replacement Of Oil Separator; No; Buyer Premises E-091 Aft AC system observed to be tripping due to low oil pressure trip, suspect oil separator defective. Job involves following:- 1. Lub oil separator to be removed for position and new oil separator to be fitted. 2. Compressor discharge line and condenser suction line to be blanked though brazing. 3. System gas to be recovered and stored in Freon bottle. 4. System to be pressure tested through nitrogen. (Nitrogen firm supply). 5. Vacuum test of system and refilling of gas to be carried out. 6.
