Andaman Lakshadweep Harbour Works has published Annual routine maintenance of departmental Mobile Machineries and Stationary equipments stationed at Workshop and Port area including AC units and electrical appliances in Hut Bay for 2025-26; 1 297.00 Operation 2 297.00 Operation 3 297.00 Operation 4 Attending preventive and routine maintenance works of heavy/medium equipment/machinery like crane, forklift, inspection vehicles, transport vehicles, Construction machinery and Workshop machinery such as welding machine, Air compressor, lathe machine, drilling machine etc., and attending all miscellaneous works like greasing, filling of HSD Oil, water servicing/compressed air cleaning and operation of Dozer and transport vehicles as and when ever required basis as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges, minor tools etc, GST, labour welfare cess etc, but excluding cost of all consumable materials, spare parts, POL items etc which will be supplied by the department on free of cost etc.,complete. Attending routine maintenance/repair of electrical appliances in office buildings, colony area and water pump house at Hut bay including checking all area lights fittings in the lamp post/wharf/top of the buildings at Workshop,Store complex, Divisional office complex and departmental Guest house at Hut Bay, all the lights and fans fittings with the residential and non residential Buildings and operation of 125 KVA diesel generator set at divisional office complex, when ever the electricity department power failure and attending repair and maintenance as and when required and checking all connection in the pillar box, control panels, bus bar, UG cable connection main switch, timer etc., as per direction of EIC, excluding cost of materials which will be supplied by the department on free of cost, but including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, labour cess, GST etc complete. (This item Consists of 01 No. Electrician (SM), 01 No. Assistant Electrician(SSM) and 01 No. USM) Servicing water washing and repairing of 1.5 / 2 Ton capacity existing AC, dusting, cleaning the filter, topping up and refilling the gas if necessary and bringing them to their optimum performance including cost of all gas materials, tools, all labour charges, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete 4.(a) 18.00 Job 4.(b) 4.00 Job 4.(c ) 5.00 Job Water washing and servicing of AC unit including dusting, chemical cleaning of fins of condenser and cooling coil, blower fan motor compressor etc., Changing of PBC kit with remote for 1.5 ton / 2 Ton AC (As and when required) Gas recharging for 1.5 /2.0 ton AC including vacuuming and pressure testing (As and when required).
